Broadchurch is Great TV

I finished watching the first season of Broadchurch (bbc america, wikipedia, imdb, iTunes) tonight.

One of the best seasons of TV I've seen in a while. (Possibly the best television show I've seen since the Wire?) Excellent. Emotional. Strong portraits of grief. Well worth the time.

Interesting to try and work out the conclusion before it happens, but I didn't feel cheated when I got it wrong. Well-acted, well-shot.
